Today I discussed my project with James talking him through what I had been researching, what I learnt and specifically what I found to be very interesting. Explaining that I was interested in colour and how it can effect us emotionally and physically, as well as having the ability to heal us. He suggested I should talk to a colour theory expert who would be able to give me more factual information and in sight into the topic. He remembered Ashok had a connection with Valerie, a colour expert from the University of Winchester and so planned to contact him about this on our behalf.
